Q: Are you currently providing service? 

A: YES!. We are super excited to be offering our unique service to the Southampton Community and Beach  Goers.

Q: Which beaches do you offer service? 

A: Halsey Neck, Coopers Beach, Little Plains, Gin Beach, Old Town and Flying Point

Q: What if I want service somewhere other then the locations you provide?

 A: Absolutely! If it’s possible, we will do it. Please reach out to us at hello@beachampton.net for more information.

Q: How do I know where to go the day of my beach day?

A: You will receive a detailed confirmation email with tons of info for your beach day after the point of purchase. You will be contacted by your personal concierge  2-3 hrs prior to your reserved arrival time via text message. 

Q: Where do you recommend food from? 

A: Us! We are proud to be a partner with Main Prospect, Southampton’s finest restaurant. While booking, you will have options for different food packages.

Q: What if am late for my reservation?  

A: Sometimes stuff happens. We understand. We allow a 15 minute grace period for all reservations. Just be sure to give us a heads up. 

Q: What's your cancelation/refund policy?

A: We do rain checks instead of refunds. All sales are final. You can cancel 48hrs before reservation date and maintain credit for a future date. For custom events we require a 50% non refundable deposit.  Deposits can be credited for future bookings. 

Q: Do you have anything for small children? 

A: Yes! We can provide a pack & play on request. We also have sand toys and can pack juice boxes as well. Please let us know how many children in your party and ages in the notes section at check out.

Q: Can you deliver alcohol? 

A: You know it! Our partner, Main Prospect, will supply beer & wine for delivery. You'll have the option during the booking process. 

Q: Do you offer accommodations to help get guests across the sand out to the beach? 

A: Of Course. Just let us know in advance and we will make every accommodation to help.
